These terms govern your use of Matcha's website, apps, AI tools, subscriptions, and add-ons.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Matcha lawfully. You may not probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service; submit content you lack rights to use; impersonate others; or use automation to apply for jobs without the applicant's review and authorization.
Career and AI information
Matcha provides tools and generated suggestions, not guarantees of employment, interviews, immigration outcomes, salary, housing, or employer decisions. Review every résumé, cover letter, application, and recommendation before relying on or submitting it. You remain responsible for accuracy and for complying with employer and platform rules.
Subscriptions and add-ons
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, included usage, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Non-expiring add-on credits remain associated with the purchasing account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Features and reasonable usage limits may change prospectively with notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Matcha a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. If a paid service is materially discontinued, applicable remedies will follow the refund policy and mandatory law.
Termination
You may stop using Matcha at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security threats, or material violations of these terms. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including payment records, ownership, disclaimers, and dispute terms, will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Matcha is provided “as is” without implied warranties, and Matcha is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or dispute forum available under applicable law.
